Booking Policy

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

This Booking Policy applies to all reservations made through Jackson Hole Outdoor Pursuits ("we," "us," or "our") at jacksonholeoutdoorpursuits.com. By completing a booking you agree to the terms below. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. Please review your confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately at info@jacksonholeoutdoorpursuits.com if any details are incorrect. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of payment.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable fees. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment is processed securely through Stripe and your card details are never stored on our systems.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 72 hours before your activity: Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.
• Within 72 hours of your activity: No refund. You may request a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.
• No-shows: Non-refundable. If you do not appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, your booking is forfeited.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@jacksonholeoutdoorpursuits.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no charge if you notify us more than 72 hours before your scheduled activity date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the activity will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation policy above.

To reschedule, contact us at info@jacksonholeoutdoorpursuits.com with your booking reference number and your preferred new date.

5. Weather and Safety Cancellations

Jackson Hole's mountain environment can change rapidly. If an activity must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, natural events, or safety concerns as determined by us or the Operator, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

We monitor conditions closely and will notify you as early as possible — typically by 7:00 AM on the day of the activity — if a weather cancellation is necessary. We appreciate your understanding that guest safety is always our first priority.

If you choose to cancel because of weather concerns but the activity is not officially cancelled by us or the Operator, the standard cancellation policy applies.

6. Operator Cancellations

In the rare event that an Operator cancels an activity for reasons beyond our control (illness, equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you a full refund or the opportunity to rebook the same or a comparable activity. We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation incurred as a result of an Operator cancellation.

7. Group Bookings

Groups of 8 or more guests are considered group bookings and may be subject to different pricing, payment schedules, and cancellation terms. We offer private and custom group experiences for corporate outings, family reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other special events.

For group bookings, please contact us directly at info@jacksonholeoutdoorpursuits.com or through our Contact page before completing your booking online. A deposit may be required to hold group reservations, with the balance due 14 days before the activity date.

8. Participant Requirements

Each activity listing specifies any age, weight, fitness, or health requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure all participants in your group meet these requirements before booking. Operators reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest who does not meet the stated requirements or who poses a safety risk. In such cases, refunds are at the Operator's discretion and we cannot guarantee a refund.

Some activities require participants to sign a liability waiver directly with the Operator on the day of the activity. Refusal to sign a required waiver will result in forfeiture of your booking without refund.

9. What to Bring

Specific gear and clothing requirements are listed on each activity page. As a general rule, we recommend guests dress in layers appropriate for mountain weather, wear closed-toe shoes, bring water, and arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Operators may turn away guests who arrive significantly late.
