Jackson Hole Outdoor Pursuits is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe that every guest deserves a seamless experience — online and in the outdoors — and we are continually working to improve the accessibility of this Site.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What We Have Done

To support accessibility, this Site has been built with the following features:

Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, nav, footer) to aid screen reader navigation
A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
Clearly labeled form fields with associated error messages
Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
Sufficient color contrast between text and background throughout the Site
Responsive design that works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
No content that flashes more than three times per second

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, some areas of the Site may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to identify and address any gaps. If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear from you.

Physical Accessibility

Many of our outdoor activities take place in rugged terrain and may not be suitable for guests with certain physical limitations. We are committed to helping every guest find an experience that works for them. Please contact us before booking and we will do our best to identify appropriate activities, accessible meeting points, and any accommodations available through our Operators.

Activities that are generally accessible to guests with limited mobility include scenic wildlife tours, fly fishing from accessible riverbanks, stagecoach rides, and evening social experiences. Please ask us for details.
